The Training and Education
It's not complex to recruit some sewing operators for performing simple tasks,but to ensure all of our employees qualified to their positions,we need to train them. We are aware that training and education is a key to the quality assurance and productive efficiency.
In general, apparel workers need good hand-eye coordination and the ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods. The core of 3R training system is teaching workers to master the best methods.
At 3R,as machinery continues to become more advanced but also more complex,even skilled workers are required to attend vocational education and training occasionally.
