The Sewing Department
We have 10 sewing lines with 240 sewing machines in collaboration with cutting and packing teams, Every 24 workers are organized as a sewing line with one supervior and one QC inspector each.
Before production, papers of detailed specification and requirements are given to each line as technical guidance, when production starts, our pattern makers and chief QC inspectors go on tours of inspection to check if the making is correct exactly, actions will be taken promptly if a problem is found. They report to production manager everyday, every morning, production management staff members have a meeting for information, consultation and discussion.
We are planning to expand our factory to meet the increasing requirements from more and more customers.
